Help for filling out MS Word Form

1. You must save the file to your computer.

2. After the file is saved double click on it to open.

3. The grey boxes in the form is where you will input your information.
You click the grey box and the color will darken, you are now ready to enter text.



4. Now enter your text.



5. Now you can select another box. The box will darken again, and you are ready to enter text.



6. Enter your text.



7. Repeat the same steps for all grey boxes.

8. Selecting a checkbox.



9. Just click in the square to select the checkbox.



10. To remove the selection of a checkbox, just click in the checkbox in which you want to de-select.



11. Use same method to select or de-select the checkboxes in the form.

12. After you have completed filling out the form. Click file->save, and save your filled out form as
" registration completed.doc ". Then attach this file to an email and send to ubu4u@eastlink.ca.
